More people than anyone can count are living with biological family they don't know about — and no one is reaching out to them before the truth arrives on its own terms.
Biofam exists for the people who don't know there's anything to discover: the ones with a quiet suspicion they've never said out loud, and the ones with no idea at all. Today's support ecosystem is built for people after a DNA surprise. Almost nothing exists for people before one. We plan to change that — with honest public awareness, testing pathways that come with support attached, and warm handoffs to counseling, search help, and community for everyone who walks through the door.

Plain-spoken campaigns that reach people where they are — before a test result, a relative's message, or a family secret forces the conversation.
Supported testing pathways
Vendor-neutral guidance and access to testing, designed so nobody has to face whatever they find alone or unprepared.
Warm handoffs
Personal connections — not just links — to counseling, search support, and peer community for every person who discovers something.
This work starts from a personal story. Our founder learned at 41 that the man who raised him wasn't his biological father — and that his biological father had died a year and a half before he ever knew his name.
